SSDP packets should always be sent to the IP multicast address 239.255.255.250.

[edit] l7-filter

Just in case someone (that is, Microsoft) decides to write an SSDP implementation that does not always send to 239.255.255.250, l7-filter provides the ssdp pattern. It has been tested by listening to a Linksys WRT54G.
