Well, it's actually blocking skype. The thing is, it blocks some bank sites as well. Enable your skype filter and try to access: www.unibanco.com.br and/or www.bb.com.br. You will see what I'm talking about. Please fix it. This is a great project. 

iptables -I FORWARD 1 -m layer7 --l7proto skypetoskype -j DROP

And skype (3.6.0.248) works perfectly
